OxSource are working with a Witney based organisation who are looking for a 3rd Line IT Support engineer to join their team.
Role Profile
An IT support engineer working at the 3rd line in a ticket queue management system, troubleshooting broader IT issues and dealing with end users. Project management for onboarding, contributing to overall IT strategy. Play a key role in proactive cyber security. Further Responsibility for Implementation of IT infrastructure (cloud and on-prem)
About You
· Experienced IT support engineer / Service desk engineer / IT Technician
· Experience supporting Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server
· Strong base knowledge in networking incl firewalls and Switches
· Comfortable configuring and deploying IT infrastructure
· Experience with virtualised infrastructure (VMWare)
Joining a small committed IT team supporting an established organisation. Great level of technical responsibility for those interested to working to systems administrator level and beyond.
Salary: £43,000 - £45,000 plus bonus, 6% pension, Private Medical
Location: On-Site in Witney, plus trips to other sites in Oxfordshire
